Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (
neé Middleton) was born on January 9th 1982. She met prince William in 2001 while they were students at the University of St.Andrews. Prince William proposed to her while they were in Kenya in October 2010. He gave her the engagement ring that his mother, Princess Diana, had owned. They married in Westminister Abbey on April 29th 2011. On October 3rd 2012 the couple announced that Kate is pregnant with their first child. Kate's style is really simple and elegant and is quite like Princess Diana's style was, but she was (also) a huge inspiration when it comes to fashion. Kate's younger sister, Pippa, has also been spotted wearing amazing outfits but after the wedding she was followed by photographers evreywhere.
Tips to steal Kate's style:
- Wear elegant, simple dresses that are not flashy. She often wears dresses that show off her amazing body with tight waist, long sleeves and flowy knee-long skirt.
- Nude pumps.
- Wear fabric like lace, silk or chiffon.
- Natural make-up and hair either wavy curled or in an elegant bun. She doesn't wear much jewelry except her engagement ring (of course...), maybe simple earrings or brooch, thin belt and a hat.
- She often wears clothes in navy blue, green or red colors
- "LWD" or little white dress is something that she wears often, just a simple dress with cute details
- Suits and short coats in nice colors with belt, golden buttons etc.
